I have been being bullied for the past couple of days by a girl and her dople gang of worshipers because i spelled you're wrong, i have cut off my communications with them but what if they all report me and i get banned?

@Daft Badger He has called the help line and they permitted and instructed him to do this for his help. As for the other post with the same issue, there is nothing wrong with it being posted as the Xbox user is involved in the matter as the problem above
stated. This issue involves multiple people which is why there is a similar post.

As for me I am apart of this as support as I was in the party as ReclessFlamingo called the support line and attempted to assist him prior to the call.

The enforcement team will only ban you if you've done something to violate the code of conduct/terms of service. Bans are not based on how many complaints someone files. In fact, they can be suspended for filing false complaints.

If someone harrases you on xbox live just report that person or block him from further abuse.

Bullying is not against the law but harrasment and threatening behaviour is. As you have already stated the messages were threatening physical and verbal abuse and that is against the law. Consult this website and get more information about the next course
of action you can take, also keep all new messages as well for evidence.

Yes I do agree that Microsoft would be your first port of call but as it is turning into a more serious situation with physical and verbal abuse that is against the law and you need to consult specialist advice
