    I cannot change my gamer picture I am on a support chat and the person I am talking to Wynden S that my thing is dissabled and I should submit a request I tryed the other way but it was confusing so I’m trying this way. My date
    to me getting unbanned was January 25 and it passed why can’t i change my gamer picture still

    Hi I've got a problem with my account because my customized gamer picture and it was changed can I some how get it back also I can't change it to anything else because it says that private settings are blocked can I please get a message back.

    Have you changed your birthdate on account.microsoft.com at any point? Changing it there will not change the age on your xbox account.
