Customize Xbox one home screen/dashboard

Hi,

I have just bought a new Xbox One S console for my kids. I would like to know, if there is a possibility to customize the home screen/dashobard, above all to add/remove rows within the particular menu items. According the articles I read, the console has
a new dashboard since February 2020 and there should be a possibility to use View button for customizing rows, however the View button doesn't display Customize option, but only Move.

Any tips?

I'm not entirely sure that this is what you mean. But you can add groups, and you can add items to each of those groups. You CANNOT add or remove rows manually within a group (as far as I know.) It will simply add extra rows as you add more items to
the group. You can then move those items around to sort them, if you wish.

Not sure if this is what you are looking for, but you can create collections of apps and games which you can access quickly from the guide.

For example I have one collection with my 3 most commonly played games, another for entertainment apps (spotify, netflix etc) and another for apps that give rewards (Microsoft rewards, Forza Hub).

You are free to add any combination games and apps to these collections as far as I know.
