    This feature has been removed by Xbox on purpose temporarily. A statement is available on beta.support.xbox.com in the notifications.

    delete ur profile and only ur profile then recover ur gamertag, u wil have ur gamerscore back :)

    May Update Problem; Can't Play Online

    delete ur profile only and recover ur profile from xbox live, it may fix it. Also trye clearing ur harddrive cache and rebooting

    Im having the same problem but I think the way to fix ir is to transfer ur profile to ur old xbox hard drive and turn on ur old xbox with ur old hard drive in it and download the beta and when its done transfer ur profile and the beta back to ur original

    have u try re downloading ur profile, alot people dont know that u need to re-download ur profile in order to see ur gt turn gold
