Your support system is [mod removed], I can’t get a call back, it doesn’t work. I’ve requested it 4 times today. And since it’s literally the only way to talk to a Microsoft agent, I can’t contact anyone about an issue that can’t be resolved without doing so. I get that you have to filter out the idiots that want to call and ask some question they could have found the answer for on google.

But it totally screws those of us that really need to talk to you!

Here’s my issue, I canceled my game pass last month, and I still got billed for it again. I don’t even own an Xbox anymore! So you see why it’s infuriating that I can’t actually talk to someone? There’s no other way to fix this!
