Customer Support on Returns

Over a month ago I sent in my Xbox One power supply hoping to get it back within the 14-21 day period. I spoke to close to ten agents on order status and one finally seemed competent enough to help, Leif. Leif finally got my order looked at and got the
process completed. The problem is I sent in my power supply on April 28th. I got an email today saying your power supply has just been shipped and should arrive next week. This infuriates me. I've been using xbox live for close to seven years and this is the
customer support I get? 1. The shipping was NOT free. I had to pay $15 for a defected piece of hardware that shipped with my console. What's even better was that it defected 8 months into having the console. 2. Customer support didn't solve a *** thing for
me until I spoke to Leif. It took me a span of 3 weeks to find someone that would actually do their job. That's completely absurd that I had to weave through all this incompetence just to be told it's shipping today. 3. Microsoft can't respect their own policy.
They have 14-21 days to process and return defected hardware and they can't do it in a month. There is also no form of reimbursement whatsoever. I am paying for a service that I cannot use and every agent I have talked to has basically said, "sorry our hardware
sucks but it's your fault it defected there's no reimbursement." I can easily say this is the worst customer support I have ever gotten and I am completely ashamed to have bought an Xbox One.

Ebay won't take a return? If they won't you might have to call MadCatz customer support...

 

Stolen game

Most retailers will allow you to return the system to the store in a reasonable amount of time. If this is not an option contact Microsoft Customer Support.
