    totally unhelpful lyers, they tell you there gunna ring back with a manager within 2 hours and dont now closed and when on chat to ambasadors they are just as bad give you wrong information and close chat.

    really dont care when theres a problem and ignore its customers

    cannot connect to enternet or xbox live

    not bashing the ambasadors at all. MS keeps everyone in the dark and don't give ambasadors tools to truly help. the links and torublshooting listed on this website may help some issues but when a update is released with flaws MS should provide the proper
    tools to the ambasadors. But 1 piece of advise to them is please don't explain to us there is no signs of a issue with this update, the urks us beyond belief. I appreciate all the ambasadors time with all the posts regarding this issue.

    The enforcement Team didn't like my gamertag and changed it but didn't send me a link to change it to something else!

    @Blue Illusion and there's the problem they don't want to pay people to do it so they pass it off like Support to Ambasadors who are not qualified.

    No disrespect to those that are informed but you know that there are some very young Ambasadors who have no idea what's going on. I cringe at the though of them affecting peoples money.

    It works fine for me btw I have the same tag I made like 8 years ago and have had no problems but this isn't about me.

    well it probably help if you tell us your problem

    If you are asking for enforcement help then it's not wrong information

    Just because you don't like the answer doesn't mean it is not correct

    If you are calling support and asking for a manager so you can talk to enforcement here is something that will shock you

    There is no way to contact support regardless if your talk to a manager

    They are a different part of Ms nor does managers have input on enforcement due to lack of notes or access to network data

    Https://enforcement.xbox.com is the only method on talking to pet

    Also should be noted all online services use moderated contacts like chats or forums

    There is no open chat or phone line due to it prevents harassment and they can do their job protecting the 99.9% of xbox live users that respects the rules

  5. This is not true. We undergo rigorous training for at LEAST 3 months and all Ambassadors with a rating under 4.5 will be removed. There is also the Academy that more than 80% of ambassadors attend to help them become better at their job. We always do the
    best we can. Just because you don't like the answers doesn't mean they are wrong.

  6. Ambassadors are just normal people dedicating their own time to try and help others, they are not official employees of Microsoft. If you call support again don't put down the phone until you have a manager on the line to speak to. What is it you're having
    trouble with exactly?

    Ambassadors do not go under any rigorous training,i've been an ambassador for over 6 years & never had any training.80% of ambassadors do not use the academy at all.A handful may use the academy but that's it.The chat thing doesn't apply to every ambassador
    either.

    Microsoft paid you off and not even with money. You give them free labor for a couple of microsoft points. Anybody can be a ambasador it's a joke. It's there way of not doing there own job and passing of customer support to a bunch of un qualified kids.
