    first off I'd like to say that tour customer service reps are ignorant ****. They try to act smart and knowing they have a dead end job try to take it out on you. Second I think the product has never went up hill with multiple issues that never get aactually
    fixed, while customer service tries to pin it on you. I'd like for Xbox to make up to me for the way I was treated. Third people get banned for bull. If you sell games with cursing and being it be online then if you have a heated discussion with someone online
    then yeah you should be able to curse. I'm disgusted with Xbox. I had Xbox tell me when I bought a 360 that I, yes I tampered with the product when in fact I didn't. They wouldn't replace it. No wonder you guys are losing the race against ps4. ****

    Just thought I'd leave my personal opinion on some great customer service from one of the X Box live support representatives named Joe, He displayed great customer service and support. He had a great attitude and was extremely knowledgeable when it came
    to account management and games in general. I would like to thank Joe sincerely for his assistance. I'd also like to hear what other good experiences you on a the community have to say. So sound off on the board below.

    I would like to take the time to say how happy I am with xbox customer service. If you are clear about your issue and are not a ***, they will help you!!! I have never had anything but great experiences and lately everyone has been American! Hallelujah!!!

  6. My experience says support agent really try to help. You cannot blame them for doing their best. I've done chat support a couple of times.

    I think it's about education of support agents, so raise ticket to higher tier agents and when that is necessary is really needed.

    Support on forum is gone since forum update last fall. No entries by Miss----- or Mr------ at all as far as I could see for months now.

    It was the sticky about new dashboard only as exception. It used to be common to track unanswered issues by these Miss/Mr folks.

    And forum is destroyed in navigating, since you always end up on discussions part, you cannot link to Support side and navigate easily.

    So MS could raise the bar regarding support.

    Don't mind the fanbois here on forum - they don't like any criticism on xbox whatsoever....

    I can see support forums - that is not what I meant.

    a) Miss/Mr ---- support agents do not attend here anymore - so gone with support here to any larger degree. I have a couple of unanswered topics still after months.

    b) Once on support forum, you used to be able to click on top of page on navigation bar and get out of a topic and get to first page on forum you are on - like X1 support.

    You cannot do that anymore, only click on Xbox One - and you always end up on discussions. And again you need to click on Support to get to support forum - and with pageload times very time consuming. I find it very convenient to navigate to support directly,
    as you used to be able to do.

    Let's say you are on page three on a support topic, and want to get back to support forum first page and browse further - no go anymore.

    You cannot even bookmark X1 support side of forum - no go anymore - you end up on discussions always.

    Anyway....forum is still not on par with previous version....result of rookies employed by MS....still wrong sorting order of new posts within a thread, still delay on 5-10 minutes before last post is seen and sorted on forum listing of topics.

    It's six months now since this forum came about.......Playstation has a similar forum idea, to be able to view same posts on various levels, either on game level or on all games level etc, but it works fine there.

    Forum is a really good way to help each other out - so why does not MS put an effort to fix this....."customer service" as on topic....

  11. Thanks for the screendump, not needed, I saw that and tried that - but you get to Discussions anyway. I put it in a bookmark to try and get to Support directly - no go.

    I find no way to navigate Support part of forum in a flexible way - meaning reading some topics and continue.

    If a support topic is one page, no biggy, you press Back on browser.

    But on 2nd or further into a topic - you are in for many clicks to get back to Support-forum.

    If navigation bar on top of page instead ended in /Xbox One/Support or /Xbox One/Discussions, and being links it would work as previous and any forum on internet basically.

    For some reason they moved that down as a header to forum posts listed - Discussion Support - thingy.

    So what you do is open new tabs by rightclicking for each topic - to keep the topic list as it is.

    Just find the choice to do what they did odd - not forum standard approach.

    Ah,i see what you are saying now.Not sure how you browse the forums but I don't have any issue getting from say page 3 to page 1 but yeah,it is pretty bad as it does tend to stick you back on the discussion page.

    The support staff do post a fair bit but not enough as they should.As for the moderation of these forums now,well that's just a joke.Stuff that was reported over 2 weeks ago still hasn't been sorted.

    Both things were bought up in the ambassador forums but now that forum seem's to have vanished

    I've had goods and bads with customer service. One time my friend renamed his Gamertag, but misspelled it and didn't catch it until 15 minutes later. He hopped on support and they said there was nothing they could do for him unless he wants to pay to change
    it. Really? After 15 minutes? That doesn't make the customer feel like they're appreciated. On the other hand, I've had serious concerns in the past and have been greeted with a free month of Xbox Live on one of those occasions. It's a hit or miss I s'pose...

    ugh... I am drained with this. Mostly I am upset with Michael then over the actual problem... needed to vent. I will probably just go buy AC at Walmart then deal with this on Monday. For sure writting down that number, thank you.
