    I understand people are having issues with being permanently banned for no reason and/or for petty reasons. I just want to point out, the fact that this is happening with absolutely no way to contact customer support during this time is ridiculous and awful. I'm in the same boat as many other people and it's frustrating. Locked out of content we've payed money for with no reasoning and no way to resolve it is absolutely unacceptable business. Period.

    Hopefully Microsoft will review their awful enforcement after this is resolved.

    ugh... I am drained with this. Mostly I am upset with Michael then over the actual problem... needed to vent. I will probably just go buy AC at Walmart then deal with this on Monday. For sure writting down that number, thank you.
