    I am grossly dissatisfied with Xbox's customer service and here's why.

    I bought the NBA 2K20 xbox one x bundle brand new on April 24, 2020. It came with a free month of xbox live gold and game pass. I activated the xbox live on the next day. On the 27th I was playing 2k with a friend when the tv went black. I know electronics
    well and did everything I could to fix it, including what xbox support recommends doing to fix the issue. Nothing worked so I sent it out for repair on the 28th. I recieved my console back on May 13, 2020. Hooked it up and works. But I lost 2 weeks of my free
    subscription which isn't my fault due to a bad console. I went through the live chat service and spoke with a Jasmine. Explained the situation and she said they had to talk to her "team" and get back to me though email. This was on the 14th. I haven't received
    any emails so I called today to talk to someone because my subscription expires today. I spoke with a Roger. Explained the whole situation again and about how I already spoke to Jasmine. He put me on hold for 20 minutes just to tell me that there were no notes
    about my conversation with Jasmine and all he saw was the repair order. So I told him that I just want the 2 weeks back if anything else so he put me on hold again. Then the line disconnected. So 3 hours later I call again and ask for a supervisor. The woman
    says she will set up a call back with a supervisor. That was 2 hours ago and still no call.

    I'm not asking for anything that isn't mine. I know what your trying to do. You want me to just give up and buy a subscription. Its not going to happen until you make this right. I've always had a Playstation since the beginning and bought this xbox just
    to play with some friends who don't have Playstation. Playstation would have already handled this situation a long time ago. Matter of fact they probably would of given me 3 months free just for the inconvenience. They actually value their customers. It makes
    me sick that big corporations like Microsoft couldn't care less about you a consumer of their products. You're a billion dollar company and your gonna treat me like this over a $10 free subscription? I shouldn't even be wasting my time writing this right now
    but you left me no other option.

    Now the ball is in your court xbox. What are you going to do about this?

    ugh... I am drained with this. Mostly I am upset with Michael then over the actual problem... needed to vent. I will probably just go buy AC at Walmart then deal with this on Monday. For sure writting down that number, thank you.
