    So! Does anyone else think its entirely too hard to get help with an issue? On start up my console shows a screen with an error code 102. I have done everything it suggest including clearing everything off of it! Still the same screen, so it says I have
    to put in a ticket to have it worked on! Guess what!! I cant talk to anyone because MICROSOFT DOESN’ give a [mod removed] about its customers!! I have 5 xboxes!! Yes 5! Currently only 2 work!! The original Xbox and my sons One X. I have one Xbox Ons S that
    stopped working and an Xbox one the took a [mod removed]! Mine is a One X 1TB. At this point I am just done with Xbox and Microsoft!!!! Very [mod removed] customer service and I BELIEVE JUST LIKE APPLE THEY MAKE THESE CONSOLES TO LAST FOR SO LONG AND THEN
    NEED REPLACED!!! My console is 2 years old!

    ugh... I am drained with this. Mostly I am upset with Michael then over the actual problem... needed to vent. I will probably just go buy AC at Walmart then deal with this on Monday. For sure writting down that number, thank you.
