    So can anyone tell me how I could actually talk to a real person I'm tired of the site sending me in circles? contact us sends me to a virtual agent and when I ask to speak to a person it refers me to Microsoft support that just sends me back to the
    [Mod removed profanity] virtual agent.

    Please help

    Well...customer service...

    I've had one refund done in the past and it was over an accidental purchase of Battlefield 4 season pass. The lady handled it really well and explained to me they are not suppose to refund stuff like that but since I called immediately she authorized the refund. My intentions was to purchase the game and season pass together but chose the wrong one.

    Hey David,

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. I have the steps needed to contact a live person. Follow these steps exactly and you should be able to request a callback, or go through chat support.

    1. Contact us here
    2. Select My Account
    3. Say No thanks to the virtual agent
    4. Select Error Messages and codes
    5. Skip step 3 and go to step 4
    6. Select request a callback from support
