Customer Service

So I have been for last 3 hours trying to get a payment declined resolved, I have been calling back and fourth between XBOX and my card company and the card company says everything is good on their end its xbox on their end. So I schedule xbox to call me
since xbox cant post their "customer service" telephone number ... so irritating having to navigate that virtual assitant. What makes me mad is I have to wait like about an hour for "customer service" TO call me and he says " hello my name is Michael how can
I help you today?" I give him a run down of the problem and he asks for verification number which I try to explain my email has not been working right ... it has been real slow. He says " you should of gotten it by now" ( this all happened at around 9:50 am...
its 10:30am and I still havent gotten it ) THEN he says " How did you do the verification before when you called?" I SAID they didnt ask for it... ( pause )... CLICK! Hejust hangs up on me, very unprofessional... if he has trust issues thats his bad, my whole
day off wasted cause I wanted to buy a game. lol this just ticks me... now Im going to have toget a whole new dang card cause of this BS... I dont know what to do. lol its 10:41am and still no verification email.... thanks for the help Michael.

Just thought I'd leave my personal opinion on some great customer service from one of the X Box live support representatives named Joe, He displayed great customer service and support. He had a great attitude and was extremely knowledgeable when it came
to account management and games in general. I would like to thank Joe sincerely for his assistance. I'd also like to hear what other good experiences you on a the community have to say. So sound off on the board below.

I would like to take the time to say how happy I am with xbox customer service. If you are clear about your issue and are not a ***, they will help you!!! I have never had anything but great experiences and lately everyone has been American! Hallelujah!!!

ugh... I am drained with this. Mostly I am upset with Michael then over the actual problem... needed to vent. I will probably just go buy AC at Walmart then deal with this on Monday. For sure writting down that number, thank you.

 

Still not able to use my credit card, even removed then readded it and still will not work. So now I cant access my vudu threw xb and I had to cancle my xb1x preorder cause xb wont take my card anymore also had to cancel my auto renew cause xb wont take
my card. However I was able to use the xb pay cards... I think until xb is able to sort this out I will just buy most of my xb purchases threw retail.
