    Customer Service? Yeah, not even close.


    Customer since 2008 and I have never been this **** disgusted with a support team in my life.

    Here's the issue. I received a comm ban on the 16th of this month which said my account would be back to normal today, 10/30.

    After waking up and seeing its still banned. I called tech support. After waiting almost an hour to speak to a supervisor I finally got one. And according to her...

    The 9.99 I pay a month for Xbox live is only for me logging onto the service on my console each month. Not customer support. That said manager also flat out said she could not answer the question I had regarding the situation. She also thought that since
    I "cheated" I had no rights to any sort of customer service help regarding my account. And yet you have no problem taking the money out of my account to renew directly after I get off the phone with said manager.

    Let me make it clear. I pay for a service and I expect the people who work for said service can at least give me a **** automated answer as opposed to flat out saying they have no **** clue.

    Is this what I paid 9.99 for each month since 2008?

    Calling tech support for an enforcement issue was definitely a mistake. Phone support has nothing to do with enforcement.

    Suspensions are lifted at the same time of day that it began. For example, if you were suspended at 8pm on the 16th, then your suspension will end at 8pm tonight. If you are still suspended tomorrow then try the forums again.

    Dude, don't even start with me... defend XBL all you want.

    It's a problem. Search the forums, search the web. Read my posts. EA hack hooks into XBL. So XBL should close their side of the loop. No brainer...

    But yeah I know - it's the users fault, they got phished, blah blah blah. Blame anything and anyone else but XBL, their security, and terrible customer service.
