    I tried pre-ordering The Division today. It took my money and I cpuld not download the game. Support said there was a problem with currency and they would call me back at 830pm. No call. So I called at 915pm. The lady tells me this time that it shows
    my purchase failed and she will refund my money so I can try again. She cant get the refund to work. Asks a "supervisor" and they say that i have the game I just cant get the license till after midnight. Ok. Whatever. Even though many other people already
    have it downloaded. 1203pm.... I go to download the Division...still says I have to pay. Low and behold, my funds are back but its after 1200 so no pre-order bonus. What does support say... Oh we see the failed purchase but per policy we dont guarantee service.
    Look you @&!&÷8÷... This wasn't service... This was a transaction. So you are telling me you dont gaurantee that if I give you MY money you will give me the product I pay for? Wth? Service is one thing....a transaction of funds between parties for goods
    in exchange... Note GOODS, is completely different. So what do I get? A measly free month of xbox live. Live? So what?? Is that the month your giving away the division bonus items?? How is that equal? I just bought a year....whats one month? Why am
    I not playing this with my other friends right now that were able to do the exact thing I just did today......but successfully?? I will be contacting UbiSoft and I will have my attorney look over this "policy" and you all better hope to God you are covered.
    Cause I wasted my entire night (over 6 hours) trying to resolve this, while you divked me around and waited till after midnight to refund my money. I will have these reps jobs and Major Nelsons while Im at it. Say hello to the new face of Xbox. One who
    treats customers justly when we mess up majorly. Feel free to reply and try to save this customer. Cause right now my PS4 is looking pretty good again. I just bought this xbox one and this is my first pre-order experience. Not looking good.

    I will blast this on every forum I can till I feel properly credited for YOUR error in the handling of my purchase through your system.

    Sorry that you have experienced that kind of service and also my bad for not responding sooner. I have been a bit tied up here! To get back to your question, no its not normal but it will not harm hour system. If you want to you can return the console to
    the retailer and get it replaced. You can also go here for
    service on your Xbox
    console.
