Customer Service Sent Me Here

I've been chatting with customer service for upwards of 45 minutes now and they sent me here to see why my account was pending since I've accepted the update. I know, this is probably a terrible question and the wrong place to ask it but I'm out of options.
They said only a mod can verify my account and take it out of pending status? I don't know, they haven't been much help and any help here would be very awesome. This is regarding the Preview Program that is.

I did contact support first and they sent me here...great customer service what can I say...

 

How long is it since you were accepted, it can take up to a week, have you tried to get access to the early access forums.

 

So if you were invited to the preview program by a friend please be aware that is only a suggestion to Microsoft to add you to the program without any guarantee to be accepted. Unfortunately we do not know the criteria for being accepted or not.

If you are already in the preview program and have no access to the linked forum please wait up for 48h to have your access activated. If even after that period you do not have access, come back here and let me know, so I may pm one of the officials then
to get you access.

 

It took me a week to get an email from Xbox to download the preview app...and it took another week for my console to finally receive the update.
