    Be warned.... I ordered xbos1s and paid overnight freight. Took 5 days to receive product. worst customer service ever. round and round and no resolution. They sell it but that's it. im out overnight freight and grandson had a not so happy birthday.

    How do you cancel digital game pre-orders?

    Contact customer service, dont have to call, their live chat is really good.

    i tried the Microsoft customer service chat online, they solved the problem for me by giving me a redeem code.

    Beyond annoyed

    Pretty much all you can do is keep trying with customer service, honestly. If no one on the online chats can help, then that's really the only way.

    Maybe try looking at other peoples solutions online? There's got to be someone who can help you! Customer Service is really all that is left. I'm Sorry :(
