Customer Service offers game for exchange then takes away offer after the exchange order is ...

I have advance exchanged my xbox one, and sent my day one controller away as well. Today I called to exchange my headset and advance exchange my Kinect. I asked if there would be some type of compensation. The tech flagged my complaint and told me he asked
for some type of compensation. While troubleshooting my items he got a responce saying if I did indeed have an offer. If I did an exchange on my Kinect I could get a free game. After doing the advanced exchange I got an offer for games I already had. I asked
if any other game would be availaible. After being on hold I was told an offer for 3 months. I then decided to go with the game knowing I could give the copy I already own away. Then a supervisor gets on and tells me that I never had the game as an option.
It was for a program I didn't qualify for. When I asked what the qualifications were he said he couldn't tell me. It was a program to keep people gaming. THen I asked to have things escalated and he said no. That the manager will read his notes. What does
    one do?

    :)
Hey you are the one fine with broken products..not me..
I've indicated I was ok with bad products, not broken products. There's a distinct difference between a poorly designed product with marginal durability and one that
doesn't work out of the box.
Your ok with bad products..I guess its true what they say..Sucker born every minute.
Then you're a sucker, since you're complaining about Xbox Live so much yet you're using it, and you're grabbing so much attention on these forums it's embarassing.
There is a difference between grabbing attention and voicing your opinion on something. In the other post you said I know I've complained about the dash before(I meaning you).So then by your logic you are looking for attention. And by your logic you
are a sucker because you are using xbox live and complaining about it.
Yeah, I'm the one trying to grab attention. I'm the one who's made multiple threads about how much I hate the dashboard. I'm the one who posts "agreed" or something on EVERY thread about negativity toward the new dashboard just to continue the spread of hate.
I'm the one who goes ON AND ON about how bad the dashboard is.

Second, I'm not a sucker, because I don't agree that that's what a sucker is, I was calling you a sucker based on YOUR logic. I don't mind paying for XBL, since all of my friends play Xbox and I enjoy the party chat feature. I was just stating "once" (maybe
you should try it, whoops, too late for that) that I dislike the direction Microsoft is heading in, and that the PS3 could possibly be my preferred console, that's all. I never once said I was going to cancel my Xbox Live subscription.

Stop assuming, because clearly you're terrible at it.

  3. Doritos Crash Course 2 (2012) - Unannounced Game?

Or someone with a different opinion.
yep. 1 crazy guy in the wilderness likes doritos crash corse. every single critic (check metacritic) and nearly ever single user in the world rates ME2 one of the best games of this generation...

    yes, technically all that's subjective....whoopie...

and btw, not sure what ME2 has to do with the OP's question...
Nearly every single user? Can you provide a link to that fact? Because that seems like it is just your opinion, because I know a lot of people who considered ME2 to be mediocre to average, and I know a lot of those people did not get ME 3 after playing
ME 2, because to them ME 3 looked like more of the same boring blandness that ME 2 had. I think perhaps you are confusing the critics and publics ratings of ME 1 which was an amazing and incredible game with the ratings of ME 2.

Also I would not trust Metacritic as far as I could throw my Phone while viewing the site. After ME3 got panned on that site EA/Bioware complained and got the negative reviews removed.
