    I am a beta tester but I have lost the link to the beta forums to post beta issues. Can someone please post a link to the beta forums so I can get some help with my XBO. Customer Service can/will not help me and they do not know where to send me for help
    on the forums. They told me to go back in my email to find the link??? Really?

    You should be able to see forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx if you're a Preview Member.

    If not, goto forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx and you can ask for help from the Preview guys. There is also a "Chat with Support" link on the far right.

    I am a preview member, I got ahold of L1 manager and he had to open a ticket with beta engineers to figure out what is wrong with my account. Everything but the forum thinks I am a preview member.

    Both links you posted go to a group not found page. As the help guy said that's weird.

    I assume you have received an invite to the Preview Program and accepted it? This can sometimes takes weeks for you to get enrolled as it depends on if they need new members or not.

    Accepting an invite will just put you onto a waiting list to grant you access to the Preview Program.

    What status does your Preview Program App on the Xbox say?

    I've been a preview member for months. Everything thinks I'm a preview member the app on the Xbox does, my account info shows it. The forums DB refuses to believe it.

    The real problem is the latest update has just about ruined my Xbox. No games will load no bluray will load. Only DVDs. I need the forum to get a patch ( help chat told me this)

    Odd! I have posted in the dedicated Preview forum for you, they're usually pretty rapid so fingers crossed! I will also provide this thread encase they need to speak with you.

    As a last resort there is always Reset to Factory Default using this guide:
    support.xbox.com/.../reset-console-to-factory-defaults
    You will need to re-download everything though, as if it's clean out of the box.

    Have you tried reporting a problem by holding down the glowing x button in the middle of your pad then going to give feedback or if you can open the preview app you can report a problem from there?

    Yes. I have reported this problem days ago. Via the preview feedback feature. I have a nice brick sitting in my living room for going on half a week.

    Not good as M ahh tt said you could restore factory default but you would have to redownload everything again if that dont work i would arrange for it to be repaired.

    As a brick isnt any good for anything good luck hope you get it fixed soon
