Customer service is garbage

  1. Customer service is garbage


    Just been speaking to a gentleman in the customer service department as my autistic sons controller is faulty. There answer is they need me to send it off and wait up to 14 days for it or a replacement back, i wouldn’t mind i only bought the console in August
    2018. I did get aggresive on the call but asked to speak to a manager but kept getting told the manager wouldn’t speak to me and to hang up the call.

    So my question is how do i go about taking this further as i am very angry with Microsoft

    You know, the 'customer service' they offer to their customers is pretty crappy, and I am very displeased.

    You all should do MUCH better than this. $60 for a year and I get garbage support. Wonderful.

    Xbox customer support supervisor hangs up on me

    I'm not defending anyone but there isn't one company out there that has good customer service. there all garbage, even sony. look at all those cell phone company's one is as bad as the other. besides that I can't think of one that has there customer service
    located in the usa.

    Hello,

    With controllers and consoles that become faulty that is the procedure for a repair is to send it in and get it fixed or replaced. If there is a Microsoft store near you, you can take it there and see if they will be able to assist you faster. As for speaking
    with a higher up you will need to call back in and talk with a manager or supervisor that way. There are none here that have that ability.
