    first off every time i log into my account for the last month it has asked me for credit card info. Read the service agreement xbox you are breaking your own rules. xbox live will not ask you for personal information. the reason they kept doing this is because
    i have a subscription on auto-renew that i have been trying to stop. i payed for xbox live 1 or 2 times yes that doesn't mean set up an auto withdraw policy. Now however because i can't take auto renew off from the xbox 360 dashboard and the website is unresponsive
    at best and they have tried to run the charge on my card somewhere in the vicinity of 15 times they have suspended my account that means i can't even use silver till they are able to take there money. i tried to contact xbox live via a troubleshooting ticket
    the option has been removed. i tried to contact a costomer service ambassador the website seemed unresponsive. this is my last attempt i have been a loyal xbox subscriber for years even when a few friends fell off and decided to go playstation if my account
    isn't fixed soon i'm just gonna delete it cut my losses and migrate to playstation.

    Is there anyway to make contact with XBox live, just that I need to ask them a question but do not know how to, sorry I can not help you with your problem, only just joinned myself.

    yes trying to access it on the same xbox. but purchased it on the free account. becuase thats where the wife put the ms points for rockband stuff.

    You are going to have to ring support and ask them to turn off auto renew. You may need to pay for any unpaid membership charges if you owe money. I suggest in future if you want to go gold get a prepaid code so you don't have to worry about it auto renewing

    `if you have any outstanding balances clear them first then you'll be able to proceed xbox is only asking for your PI info because you have a outstanding balance.

    the only reason i have an outstanding balance is because they wont let me turn off auto renew and they keep charging my card so i think i'm gonna spend my money on a company that has a customer support website that actually works

    the only reason i have an outstanding balance is because they wont let me turn off auto renew and they keep charging my card so i think i'm gonna spend my money on a company that has a customer support website that actually works

    problem solved brought a playstation will never bother with xbox again there a joke no wonder you losing out customer service is terrible
