    Yes. Evidently the Microsoft apologists believe Microsoft has no power over content they license, partially control and oversee through their LIVE service. Just unwitting dupes. Poor, poor Microsoft. They also get zero profit from any Battlefield game sold,
    and zero profit from add-ons and DLC. Dear Lord.

    By the way, I would have been happy to actually have this discussion with a member of Microsoft's customer service, as I was directed here for just such an occasion. Instead, I'm in a forum. Thanks again, Microsoft, for lying to me.

  3. isnt this game on games on demand ..like waw mw2 and ghosts which are hacked to death, dont microsoft own games on demand yet they are knowingly selling hacked games? do you understand my point?..in otherwords ms dont give a damn

    [/quote]....that seems to be their corporate mantra .....pass the buck and direct you to dead ends ....we all know this mess is DICE/EA's fault, but XBL, tested it and vouched for it ....not to mention we actually pay XBL direct for the service and premium
    in this case....I don't care how much of that XBL actually got to keep ....they got to keep some of it I assure you and therefore I will blame XBL partially

    [/quote]....thats not the problem though, I can find plenty....tons of games....all empty .....but I can't join those, the only ones I can join are the 5 pr 6 full servers with 50 people in the que .....back when this worked, the server list would show a
    bunch of full servers (with short ques) and the servers would gradually be less and less full till you got to the empty ones and you could join any of them, now just those few insanely full ones ....try an empty one and a 3 minute wait later you get a "unable
    to join, please try again" message

    on a related note, the servers seem to work just fine on PSN (I have this game on 360, XB1, and PS4) .....and if my friends had purchased PS4's I wouldn't likely be having this conversation and wondering what everyone is so bent about

    What is naïve is that you think Microsoft is going to be able to fix your problem. It really is an EA/Dice issue. What is Microsoft to do about server issues that they don't control? The answer is nothing. You should be happy you got your purchase of premium
    back from them which you didn't deserve. I'm sure you were cutting off the reps head and he/she gave you a refund for something that isn't his/her fault or Microsofts fault for that matter. You need to cool off, take a step back and look at the real issue.
    Which is a developer problem.

    To be fair, the XBOX customer service representative lied to me about admins and customer service contact here. Also, one the back of the XBOX ONE case, real close to the Microsoft TM system information and XBOX LIVE information, it clearly says 2 - 6 players.
    SO, to be fair, Microsoft certainly seems to say that its plethora of engineers that tested the game before it was released to integrate WITH XBOX LIVE stand behind it as a product partner. No offense to you folks, but to claim Microsoft is an unwitting dupe
    is pretty naive.
