    Customer NOT #1 priority for MS? Pathetic Customer and Sales Support.


    I wanted to buy an XBox Series X for my son. I only wanted to get a console, but the only option I had on the MS Store was to buy a bundle including a controller and a game. On top of that the game is priced twice that it costs in the stores, and is digital only, so my son cannot take it to play at his friends. After spending hours to first jump through hoops to get to customer support, being passed on from one team to another etc. they say they cannot do the return/refund on the phone, I'd have to do it online, and I don't see any options to do it online.

    When I finally got to Sales to help address this issue, I was put on hold, and no one returned on the call after an hour. When I hang up I keep getting call back from what I can only assume is MS support number, but no one speaks from the other side.

    I am a huge MS fan and am extremely disappointed at their customer service. I am astounded that Microsoft Customer Support is this pathetic.

    The Xbox customer support is Pathetic!

    All i ever get is wait wait longer wait some more over a 6yr spand of waiting now im waiting again and to boot ea sports got me waiting because of xbox . ive spoke with at least 5 escalation members, wait some more. My paience is gone....I have
    a job so i dont get to get on the internet all the time ,instead of connecting live with me insteadof the waiting[ esc team] .

    same problem but i waited 8 months and their compensation was 2 free games for a 5 yr old . how insulting .i would not reccomend xbox for nothing or too anyone .If i didnt have so much wrapped up in my 360 i would take it outsid and stomp it into
    pieces . Thanks xbox for nothing.
