    Hello,

    I purchased the xbox 360 on its release day and sometime later like most people I did get the "red ring of death", I purchased the xbox HD DVD when the whole HD vs. blu ray battle was starting and we know who won! I also purchased a xbox 360

    Slim with the kinect which didn't work how the commercials said it would with Netflix, I also purchased the xbox one on release day which I've had two major issues already and then Microsoft releases a Titanfall bundle for $499 the same price I paid five months
    ago for my xbox one with no free game. This is crazy that you have faithfully customers like my self that has been with you through all the disappointments but for the people that didn't buy the xbox one on the release and want to buy now they GET A FREE GAME!
    How do the none loyal get the freebies?!

    Hi, I just want to start by saying I have been playing Xbox for years, since the original console was released in fact. I’m a huge fan of Xbox and I’ve spent countless hours over the past 10 years playing it. I’ve purchased a lot of controllers as well,
    and unfortunately they seem to wear down on me within about 5 months or so. I was curious to see if you guys could do me a solid as a loyal customer and get me a deal on the beautiful Elite Controller. It seems to be very durable and its extra features are

    I get what you mean 100% , they should stop charging for 360 gold soon in my opinion, but i doubt they will, they just money hungry. I personally think they don't really care about customer loyalty .

    I've witnessed instances where Microsoft and the Xbox team have rewarded those who are loyal to their products. Just look at the person with the most gamerscore on Xbox Live! He was given the first ever unlimited gold membership card. Xbox also has a rewards
    program, which I'm not sure you'll find on Nintendo or PlayStation consoles.

    Microsoft is becoming a *** joke. I just went out and bought a ps4 to see what it is all about and i tell you go buy one the system is *** amazing everything on it works fine no problems and they give out free games every month. Microsoft cant even get the
    basics right it going to be at least six months to a year before they get this system right.

    be nice to have a free game, I don't feel entitled to one just because I bought a console the first day. We chose to purchase on Day One because we wanted to have the Xbox One first. We could have chose to wait and see what would happen, but we didn't. We
    all had a choice.

    I understand Loyalty. In big business its not first priority. People now days want something just because they bought products from somebody. Small business sure it make sense but unless everyone rebels a few displeasure's wont mean anything. I have bought
    and owned a lot of things from the same company over and over. I like the product thats why I go back I dont expect anything in return. The xbox with a game think of it as a new model. The first model needed improvements and upgrades to sell better. Second
    model made changes in hope to better it. Its like cars first model you like and the next model has more things with it. You wanted the first one thats what you got.

    i agree with slimy turtle....we all had that choice....i love mircosoft i brought the og xbox, xbox HD, nd 360 within six months of luanch... im loyale but i dont feel entitled to anything but it would be nice
