Custom Xbox One Gamer Picture

I personally don't like any of the GamerPics on the default Xbox One list, but I was wondering if I could get a Custom GamerPic uploaded for me to use PERSONALLY. In other words, one that is unique only to me. It is the Profile Picture that I use for my
Twitch.tv account and my YouTube account.

I can't figure out how to upload this to show up on my Xbox One Profile, but would really appreciate it if someone on the support team could "Force" the image to appear.

gamer picture problem

Hi, I got a serious problem with my gamer picture, and I edited a custom gamer picture which used the avatar editor on xbox.com before, and it updated to xbox live rewards next day. However, I purchased a gamer picture pack later on, and changed to one of
them(public and personal). therefore, all gamer picture should be showed like the newest one, but the gamer picture on "xbox live rewards" is still the old for couple months, and what I found today was there was a copy of my old custom gamer picture which
from online avatar editor one in the gamer picture option of my xbox 360 console in the profile setting menu, and I could not delete it. please help. Thx

I can't change my custom game picture...

What i already did was change my birthday date to 21+ and changed my profile to adult, but it's still not working.

Can you guys help me to solve this problem?

Afraid not.At the moment it is a violating of the CoC/ToU to use/upload custom gamerpics & Microsoft wont make an exception just for you.

Custom gamerpics is something that is being looked into but whether it happens or not is a different matter as it didn't go to well on the 360.

I do agree that the choice of pics on the xbox one is pretty awful.
