Custom xbox labs have delivered someone else's controller

As a fellow gamer and consumer, I am sorry to hear about this experience you've had. I know this should be a special date for your son's birthday and a present it is. Here in the community we are just fellow users like you so we don't have any means or tools to check accounts or orders.

What I can suggest is to get in touch with the Microsoft store support instead, try calling their phone number via this link https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-bil...

You can report the controller you have received and inquire as well how to ship it back and get the controller you are supposed to get.

I have called the number provided, and was sent a link to request a call back, unfortunately it says its not working at this time so I'm yet to speak to anyone, the service from Microsoft in regards to this issue is appalling

Hi, they do deliver design labs controllers to the uk. Im from the uk and get one delivered to me in january although the shipping did take a few weeks as to be expected with a custom controller i suppose.

As far as im aware i dont think the situation with covid-19 has stopped shipping to the uk?

At this moment in time Greece is not one of the markets that Microsoft deliver the Xbox design labs controller to.

You'll get Design Lab.

You just have to wait a little longer.
