    Custom Xbox Controller Not Working Properly


    I have had my current custom made Xbox One controller for only about 6 months and buttons are already not working on it. What can I do to get this resolved?

    Hi,

    Is there any physical damage done to your controller? If so you might have to request a repair.

    Also, is your controller up to date? Is this happening to more than one of your controllers? If so try power cycling your console.

    • Do one of the following:
    1. Insert fresh AA batteries.
    And if this does not fix it I would take it back to the retailer for a replacement. Sounds like you have a faulty controller...

    I would say you do what NRG said, you have a bad controller.
