    Custom profile pictures not working


    I tried to upload a profile picture back in september of last year, but it seems to have completely glitched my account and custom profile pictures I upload say they’re being verified, but my profile picture is never updated. This has been a problem for
    several months. Is there any way to fix this problem? I know i can’t be banned from posting custom pictures becuase none of them, including the most recent one i uploaded, violated the guidelines.

    Yes, takes longer, because the Xbox Employees need to take a look at the picture and Approve it, and make sure it goes along with the Community Guide Lines. Just upload it and wait, or restart your Xbox, it might already be there.

    It takes times to be processed since it has to be looked at and approved to make sure it sticks to the rules and guidelines.

    My brother selected a custom profile picture yesterday and it uploaded and worked immediately. I put custom profile pictures on my alt accounts yesterday and they uploaded immediately. For some reason my main account will not add the profile picture even when it says it’s pending. It’s not affecting everyone’s.
