Custom Profile Picture

Hello,

I use my account with my Father and he has the account on adult so I can play on it aswell. I wanted to create a custom pic but it says I have to be older. Can anyone help me with is?

DISCLAIMER: I am NOT using my real face, I m using a panda face because I feel lie it so if someone could respond then that would be fantastic.

Hi,

If you have a Android device (iOS public build coming soon, TestFlight is not open to general public), you may install the Xbox (Beta) application from the Google Play store to have the ability to upload a custom image from your mobile device. Custom images
is still in beta/testing stage and has not yet been released to any public builds yet.

It is an adult account. Reputation is completely fine too, so still not sure what's going on. Contacted support even more times and still nothing.

 

Hey there Harrison,

In regards to the Custom Gamerpic, your account would need to be an adult account, not just set to adult defaults under your Privacy and online safety.

As stated in the support article for
Changing your Xbox One gamerpic, Custom images are only available for adult Microsoft accounts. So if your account has a child DOB on it you won't be allowed to change it until the account is graduated to an adult account.

We suggest trying to
Remove and Re-add the account since the problem could be stemming from the account itself, if after that the issue persists
the problem might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a

Soft Factory Reset (while keeping games and apps) IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

• There is a stable network connection.
• The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!
