Custom profile picture suspension

I had my profile picture falsely reported and suspended for a day it never gave me the option to appeal even after 24 hours. The suspension is over now but it still doesn’t let me add a custom profile picture. Please help.

The same thing happend to me but instead I actually did have a somewhat profile picture that could be considered controversial, it was a Trump 2020 profile picture but somehow I got a communication suspension out of it even though it had nothing to do with communications, ive been suspended before for having an inappropriate profile picture about a year ago and this didnt happen, I just got suspended by not being able to customize my profile picture.

Most likely yours was removed because someone filed a complaint on yours, but they haven't filed one on anyone else. If you see a gamerpic that violates the code of conduct, file a complaint via the console so the enforcement team can investigate them.
While you may see nothing wrong with it, everything on Live has to remain E for everyone. From the code of conduct:

• Sexual, provocative, pornographic, or adult content
• Violent content
• Controversial religious content
• Anything involving notorious people or organizations

The only problem with that is that this was taken down 10 minutes after this was posted. I doubt that anyone has seen and reported this picture within that time limit, everyone on my friends list share my same sense of humor and I haven't played an online
game yet so other players have yet to see this.

It is an adult account. Reputation is completely fine too, so still not sure what's going on. Contacted support even more times and still nothing.
