    custom profile picture not working


    I'm having trouble with changing my gamerpic to a custom image I have done it before with no problem but now ever time I try to change it. it stays the same default pic I have. I can change to the Xbox gamerpics with no problem but I tried it with different
    custom images but none has worked. Is this some type of bug or something? and I have tried it on my pc and the Xbox beta app on my phone but it still doesn't worked.

    Hi,

    If you have a Android device (iOS public build coming soon, TestFlight is not open to general public), you may install the Xbox (Beta) application from the Google Play store to have the ability to upload a custom image from your mobile device. Custom images
    is still in beta/testing stage and has not yet been released to any public builds yet.

    Custom profile picture

    It is an adult account. Reputation is completely fine too, so still not sure what's going on. Contacted support even more times and still nothing.

    Yes, takes longer, because the Xbox Employees need to take a look at the picture and Approve it, and make sure it goes along with the Community Guide Lines. Just upload it and wait, or restart your Xbox, it might already be there.

    Have you tried to uninstall the app, reinstall it, and then upload a new profile picture?

    It takes times to be processed since it has to be looked at and approved to make sure it sticks to the rules and guidelines.

    My brother selected a custom profile picture yesterday and it uploaded and worked immediately. I put custom profile pictures on my alt accounts yesterday and they uploaded immediately. For some reason my main account will not add the profile picture even when it says it’s pending. It’s not affecting everyone’s.
