    Gamer pic

    has anyone else not been able to use a custom gamer pic. Or even see friends custom gamer pic. I load one up and it says wait for approval. Then never load in. It not a bad pic either

    Are custom gamer pics allowed?

    I heard on the Xbox one beta app that you can use an image for a custom gamer pic, is that allowed for a custom gamer pic?

    Hey there Vv Wasted vV.

    I'm afraid we aren't able to help out with any Preview related questions. Keep in mind that if you set your birth date incorrectly and it has you under the age of 18, you'll need to wait for your account age to reach 18.

    If a custom gamer pic violates the terms, i believe it can no longer be changed to another custom pic.

    They may not have been using custom pics though. Still, as mentioned above, there is a temporary suspension of custom profile pics.

    You can only change to custom pic using the console. The app on Windows and mobile no longer support custom pics.
