Discus and support Custom Image taken down in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Hello, Today I had my custom image taken down for no apparent reason & I can not upload another one because it tells me to read enforcement rules but...     Hello, Today I had my custom image taken down for no apparent reason & I can not upload another one because it tells me to read enforcement rules but the image I had posted does not break any rules so how would I go about uploading a new image ?

    Custom gamerpics are available to anyone in the alpha ring of the insider program or if you use the beta xbox app on a windows 10 pc.

    If you use any other way to upload a custom pic you will risk enforcement action.

    Your pic must also not violate the ToU/CoC which you should read before uploading any image.

    you have to wait till your enforcement is over then read the rules and make sure the new one doesn't break the rules

    Can’t change Xbox profile pic on app

    currently it is not possible to change the image unless it is for one that the system counts, this measure was taken by the saturation of servers that exist by the contigence, will soon re-enable the custom images

    Currently, Xbox hasn't given any dates due to the uncertainty of the Covid-19 Situation, Support is mostly working from home with limited staff available this feature will stay unavailable until the workforce can return to full health. Keep an eye on https://beta.support.xbox.com/ for
