    Custom Image on Xbox Profile


    I recently got an Xbox One and I want to upload a custom image as my profile picture, but upon doing so it comes up with the message "For custom images, you need to be older." However I am 27 and have listed my birthday on my account with my birthday. I
    was born in 1990 so I have to be old enough to set a custom image. Does anyone know what the problem is or how I can fix it?

    (P.S I had a 360 and I got over 20,000 Gamerscore and I don't want to loose that or all my digital purchases so please don't suggest I get a new account, I am not new to Xbox)

    Hey there,

    Try logging out of the device and back in so that it can download the image, sometimes the account freezes as its not updated.

    Thank you @Coldblood526. I've tried this already on my Xbox One, XBox One X and iOS App. But not on my XBox 360 and XBox Android App. Do you mean logout on all devices and apps at the same time? I will try that.

    My custom gamer picture won't upload

    I recommend that you sign into your Microsoft account on the Xbox console, use Profile & system and open My profile.

    Use customize profile then, use change gamer-pic. Open Upload a custom image, then select the image.

    Personally I do not use a custom image as a gamer-pic. I have no images saved on my Xbox console as files, to upload as a custom gamer-pic.

    The original birthday of the account has to be of 18 years of age or higher for this.
    My account is over 18 years old, so what's the problem?
