Custom Gamerpics

So custom gamerpic's are now a feature for everyone to use easily however you need to be 18 or above. I think this is unfair and should be available to more ages if not all ages. I don't see why 16 year olds or 13 year olds or any age can't have a custom
gamerpic because some people would abuse this. But what if we as a community have to agree to some new terms when changing to a customer gamerpic like before changing a pop it saying something along the lines of "Changing you gamerpic should be used correctly
and if you or anyone you come across has a inappropriate custom gamerpic you will report them helping xbox keep the community safe." just a message that shows that they trust us.

You already have to agree to the ToU/CoC when changing your gamerpic.

Like a lot of things in life there is a age restriction.

It's fine the way it is.I dread to think the amount of inappropriate pics that would be uploaded if 16 or 13 year olds where allowed to use custom gamerpics which would mean even more work for the enforcement team.

 

Well at least then put some gamerpics up in the market cause the stock images are horrible, honestly as a teenager I do not upload anything inappropriate. Also 18 and up or young adults would do the excite same thing. This is now way that it is fair for
them, there is mature teenagers and I think they should have a chance at custome images. Really this should be changed, also the young adults are also mature but most of them in the gaming community will upload something nasty. I have seen a ton of it already.
So 1) change the limit or 2) add some other gamerpics to the market, also 3) bring better stock images then cause the current ones do not represent me and they are all very childish. Probably just adding gamerpics to the market will be fine.

 

It's called "rules".

You may not think they are fair but that's the way it is.

I never used to think rules were fair when I was a kid but there's nothing you can do.

I totally agree about the selection there is.It's terrible.

There's always the new avatar system that is being added soon,you could get creative with an avatar pic.

 

There are gamerpictures more then the normal stock either by achievements or the marketplace which you have to purchasewhich are usually game or movie or song specific depending on the copyright holder you are looking for

 

From what I here the enforcement team is banning for inappropriate customs pictures. Like Daft Badger says, there are a lot of age restriction in life to protect the young from themselves until they become more mature.

 

Well what about the other teenagers that are mature, I think that they should have a chance at it. I am a mature teen that follows all the ToU & CoC. I think it should be based off of rep and the players past enforcement actions that have been put on them.
Cause 18+ can still be inappropriate as any other person. So again this restriction is really unfair in every way. It is not protecting me in any way it is making me upset. For it to protect me it would have to have been where I can view mature content that
is a community folder of some sort then I would like to have that restriction in. But I checked and they do not have any way have a file like that. So this is no way protecting me or is being fair, also check the market no gamepics their and can't find them
in achievements anymore.

You need to search for specific ones

If the one you want isn't available then it's not licensed

You can't license anything for free

You are just going to have to look for some

Tons of halo

Masseffect and gaming ones

Even drinks have gamerpics

You can't search gamerpictures

You gotta look at each thing like halo or gears or refraction etc

Then all their subitems you will see avatar and gamerpictures listed
