Custom Gamerpics on xbox one please!!!

so i went through all the gamerpics available on the xbox one and i couldnt find one, not even one that i liked, i miss having many upon many to chose from like it was on the 360, or having a gamer pic with a picture taken from the xbox 360 camera, but now
we dont even have either option and on top of that we have very few options with gamer pics on the xbox one now, i dont know if im the only one but it bothers me to have to sign in and look at a gamer picture i dont like, plus seeing the same gamer pictures
across many other player accounts online is annoying as well, the only choice we have is with our avatar pic and even with that i still see the same gamerpics over and over, i dont know if the people over at Xbox or Microsoft in general have addressed this
matter considering its a matter of preference for Xbox one users, i would like to shine some light on this matter because i would like this to become a feature on the xbox one, it would be cool if it worked the way the custom dashboard background feature works
on the xbox one, or just to in general have way more gamerpic options than we have now, if anyone wants to share some info about anything gamerpic related please feel free to share it right here, if not then help me get this noticed by microsoft by either
discussing about it right here or maybe send me a link to get this noticed in a better way

I can no longer use custom gamerpics

I can no longer use custom gamerpics on xbox one I need yalls help all I did was put a meme as my pic to make my friend laugh then xbox made it where I cant use custom gamerpics anymore I don't believe I did anything too bad (at least for the punishment
I'm getting) so please help me however you can I need your help

 

Custom Gamerpic on Xbox One

Basically a couple of reasons for not allowing custom gamerpics on the Xbox One.

1: People will put up pornographic images

2: People will put up copyrighted pictures

There you go, that's basically the two reasons why we aren't allows to have custom gamerpics.

I'd be all in favor for this.

 

Just like pictures in our signatures here.... give it an hour and *bam!* there's a d**k pic. Or, you could encounter something like a woman looking to make some money have her bewbs as her picture. Basically, what I'm saying is that people would abuse
the privilege.

 

I think that's the main problem,it is open to abuse.

I do agree that there does need to be a bigger selection of gamerpics though.

PS4 allows whatever is your Facebook profile picture to be your PSN avatar as well. I haven't seen any derogatory pictures on there. That's all xbox has to do, tie in with a social network and let us post what we want.

I seem to recall the 360 letting you take a personal gaming picture with the camera they sold. I think only people on your friends list could actually see it. With that said, I never saw anyone abuse it, however I imagine
it would depend on what kind of friends you have. I also assume that people with a 360 can still do this. It doesn't seem like there's a problem with people making crazy personal gamer pics. Having said all of this, and not really caring if it ever happened,
they could maybe use the same concept (only your friends can see it) on the One and a kinect would actually have some kind of use besides a few voice commands. Just my opinion.

I like that idea.

 

You could indeed use the VisionCam to take a custom picture. People also used it to show quite odd things during games of Uno.

 

While custom gamerpics would be open to abuse. That is what reporting and enforcement is for. I am 50/50 when it comes to custom gamer pics.

I mean, look at what some users do with a chat pad and the bio section on Xbox 360. If it is vulgar or inappropriate report and move on.

Personally, I am stunned at the lack of GamerPics AND Premium Themes! What happend? When a game released it had a Premium Theme and a set of Gamer Pics we could buy. I would love a Dragon Age Inquisition, Ryse: Son of Rome Gamer Pics and Theme. Or a Tomb
Raider Theme. If you ask me it is ridiculous the slight step back we have taken in regards to Gamer Pics and Themes

 

You can now use achievement pictures or custom pictures as your background/theme now but I do miss the gamertag pics you used to get with games.

 

So because of a few bad seeds now no one gets them ? God I hate this world with a blackened passion

 

It's nothing to do with a few "bad seeds",it just is something that hasn't been implemented on the xbox one,no one knows the exact reason why.
