Custom Gamerpic - Xbox Beta App

Hi,

I have been trying to upload a custom gamer pic with the xbox beta app since it was announced. This is the only way I can do it as I am in ring 3 in the preview programme. Several of my friends have tried it and it has worked first time for them but every
time I try I get the same, "Sorry, we can't upload this picture right now please try in a little while" message.

I have tried everything I can think of and it's extremely irritating. Both my pc and the beta app are up to date, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, signing out and back in, changing the picture, changing the file type and still nothing. None
of the pictures I tried work despite all being the required size.

I've searched in numerous places online and am yet to find an answer so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, this is really starting to wind me up.

Xbox one custom gamerpic problems

Ok,so you can now upload a custom gamerpic if you have the xbox beta app on a windows 10 pc.

If it's the ordinary xbox app it wont work

Only way for the public to upload a custom gamerpic at the moment is by using the beta xbox app on a windows 10 pc.

1. Is this a parent or a child account?

2. Have you made any changes on your account prior to the issue?

3. Have you tried using the full version of Xbox app to change your Gamer Pic?
