Custom Gamerpic via DLNA/OneDrive

I am in the Preview Alpha ring and It has just been brought to my attention that custom gamerpics are available, So I decided to try and upload my own via One Drive and Media player via DLNA. The DLNA Doesn't show any of my photos from it (I made sure media
player had them and it does) and I can see the photos atleast through the OneDrive option, but it won't let me use any of my photos. The error reads "The image could not be opened. Choose an image only from the removable drive and make sure it is unblocked"
What am I doing wrong?

Cannot upload custom gamerpic 'there was a problem'

Hello. When I try to upload a custom gamerpic I keep getting the following error - 'there was a problem choosing your custom gamerpic, sorry about that, try it again later'.

I've tried uploading from Onedrive and Dropbox. The files are 1080 x 1080. I've tried .jpg and .png. I have an adult account.

Any suggestions?

Change the gamerpic of a child account

Upload a custom image

To upload a custom image, connect a USB device with a JPG or PNG image on it. You can also grab an image from OneDrive (available in the Microsoft Store under Apps) if you have it installed on your console.

Note

Custom images are only available for adult Microsoft accounts.

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

Select Sign in, choose your profile, then select My profile.

Select Customize profile > Change gamerpic. (You’ll need to select
Switch to gamerpic first if you’re replacing your avatar with a custom image.)

Select Upload a custom image and choose one to use from your connected device or OneDrive.

Select Upload.

It might take a little while for your custom picture to appear while we verify it’s OK. (If it’s not, it’ll be reverted to the last gamerpic or avatar you were using.)

Try to change your Gamerpics on your console, just upload the pic on your one drive.

On your console go to you profile, gamerpic, custom and select OneDrive to download your custom Gamerpic.

Personally I use screenshots that I upload to the cloud (OneDrive) and edit my gamerpic via Profile.
