Custom gamerpic uploaded but not updating

I have been trying to use the new custom gamer pic feature on Xbox One. I am not a member of the "Insider Preview" program and I do not have Windows 10 for PC, so I downloaded the Xbox (Beta) app for Android and did it from there. I uploaded the custom
image fine and got the confirmation message that the image was accepted.

However, the image has not updated anywhere that I can see. On my Xbox One console, on my Xbox.com profile page, and even on the app itself where I uploaded it, I am still seeing the old image. Now here's the weird part: everyone else on Xbox one can see
the new gamerpic. It's just me who can't?

What in the bloody hell is going on? Anyone else having this issue?

It would be nice if someone from MS would acknowledge that it's not working or say that they're working on it. I realize that this is a small concern especially when I'm sure they're busy with the launch of the Xbox one x,which I am a proud owner of. But
an acknowledgement would be nice. Thanks.

Its working now after the system update today

 

This has been going on for two weeks now. The custom pic still hasn't updated anywhere. Again, I'm using the Xbox Beta app for Android.

 

OK perhaps someone could comment to tell me which image they see for me in this forum. The gamerpic I uploaded looks like

this. On all of my devices I am seeing one of the preloaded pics on the One I've used since launch.

 

It is the horse image you linked. One thing you may try is to log out of all your devices at the same time and restart the app of your devices one at a time. Just an idea.

 

Thanks, but no dice. I signed out of everything and I'm still seeing the old image. The only place it consistently shows me the new picture is on my Microsoft account page. Even my Xbox Live profile page shows the old image, despite being signed into the
same account as on the Microsoft account page. I'm about to give up on this...

 

It may just be on your end as I see the pic on iOS, Android, the website and on the Xbox One. Remember that the gamerpic is still a work in progress.
