    Custom gamerpic trouble


    I change my password recently and now it’s not letting me change my gamer picture to a custom picture, it is telling me my privacy settings are blocking it but I have yet to find anything in the settings to lead me to change this, any help would be appreciated

    I’m having trouble trying to upload a custom gamerpic to my xbox profile. It says and adult account is required to upoload a custom image, but my account is already an adult account and it still does not let me upload a custom gamerpic. Help will be very

    I have been having a lot of difficulty trying to get a custom gamerpic through the Xbox Beta app. It says that i am under the minimum age to do so, even though i am 21.

    Are custom gamerpics turned off?

    The custom gamerpic function should be up and running, if you are still experiencing troubles it is on Xbox's end!

    Thanks for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you have been unable to change your gamer picture on your Xbox profile. At the moment, the ability to change your gamer picture to a customer photo is not available. This
    feature has been disabled for several days now. The front page of the
    Xbox Support website     explains more about this change. Once the notification has been lifted, we recommend trying to change your gamer picture. We hope this information helps Meme Salad!

    This error would only prompt you if the system sees your Xbox Account as a minor based on the birthdate set when you originally created your account. Changing the birthdate via account.microsoft.com will not bypass this error. You need to wait until the
    maturity date of your Xbox account is met.
