    For a couple of days, I have been trying to change my Gamer pic with a custom picture from the xbox app on my phone and iPad. It keeps coming up with this message " Sorry, we cant upload the picture at the moment. Please try again in a little while". It
    getting pretty frustrating. I have tried to delete the app, redownload it and also sign in and out but nothing seems to be working. Has anybody run into this problem and does anyone know how to get round it????

    The ability to do this has been suspended to help with the increased traffic on the servers due to COVID19

    Really sorry to hear that and perfectly understand the problem but like others people here previously said, this (very fun ) functionnality is not available for the moment. Be sure it will come back soon.

    The profile picture change and some other services are temporarily blocked because of the overhead of people connected to Live in recent days.
