Custom gamerpic removed withtout violating any guidelines?

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are inquiring more info as to why you had the picture on your account removed.

We here on the Xbox Forums do not have the necessary tools to effectively assist you in finding or identify the cause of why your pic was removed. This is something that only the Enforcement Team would know info about and this info should be posted in the

If you have already taken the time to investigate this site, and did not find the info you seek, we would be unable to assist you further as anything Enforcement related is out of our scope of abilities.

The only other thing would have to be that for some reason or another there was something found in that pic that deemed it worthy of an Enforcement action.

Every enforcement that’s issued is rooted in the
Microsoft Services Agreement and
Code of Conduct, but it’s not practical to list every possible scenario. Keep in mind that Xbox Customer Support is also unable to assist you in anything Enforcement related.

So there is no way to find out why the photo is removed? Is there anyway to contact enforcement directly? I have read the guidelines but feel apprehensive about uploading another custom gamerpic if it can be removed with no explanation. I am a freelance
photo/ video editor so I am very careful with images I use and share.

You would need to check http://enforcement.xbox.com to see if there is information about the removal.

images take some time to appear in what they're reviewed, even if they don't actually break any rules they should allow you to keep it, just wait about 72 hours
