Custom Gamerpic on Xbox One

I know this question has most likely been ask, but I wanted to say it anyways. Can You get banned on Xbox One for putting a custom gamerpic into your account

Are custom xbox gamer pics allowed?

So there are some Tutorials on youtube on how to get a custom gamerpic on xbox one since a couple of people in my friend list have a custom profile gamerpic but are there actauly alowed since i would love a custom gamer pic but dont wanna get banned

 

There's currently no official way to upload a custom gamerpic. There's only the ones you can select from a list, the ones you can buy (if they still do that), and the camera mode for your avatar.

That being said, yeah, you'll be setting yourself up for a permaban if you somehow get a custom gamerpic into your account. They'll certainly check for that.

There have been feedback requests to upload custom gamerpics on "xbox.uservoice.com", but so far, no cigar.

 

I had a custom gamerpic on my Xbox 360, but it doesn't carry over to the One either.

So therefore, if you have a way to upload a custom gamerpic on Xbox One, it's probably not sanctioned by Microsoft and therefore you could be penalised if you do it.

Of course, the content of your custom gamerpic also matters. Can't have anything that breaks the illusion of being "family friendly".

 

Not to my knowledge you can't. The reason we can't make our own personal Gamerpic's is because people would use pornographic stuff.

 

Basically a couple of reasons for not allowing custom gamerpics on the Xbox One.

1: People will put up pornographic images

2: People will put up copyrighted pictures

There you go, that's basically the two reasons why we aren't allows to have custom gamerpics.

 

Hmmm... maybe Facebook can teach MS how to deal with those kinda things.
