Custom GamerPic not uploading

So since the 16th of August I have been on the phone with Xbox Support a number of times. Why? All over a custom gamerpic. No matter what my profile will not allow me to upload a custom gamerpic. We have tried all of the "Official" troubleshooting steps
and still no results. No matter how long I wait no changes to my account profile picture. I know it's just a picture but still I want to change it. Never had any issues with Xbox Live prior to this. I have been a gold member for 11 years. It should not take
more than a month to change a gamerpic. I have tried the app, my laptop, cellphone, and USB stick to change the picture and still no results. Can anyone out there help?

Custom Gamer Pics

I recently uploaded a custom gamerpic that for some reason got me banned from uploading custom gamer pics. Will I ever be able to upload a custom gamer pic or no?

Cannot upload custom gamerpic 'there was a problem'

Hello. When I try to upload a custom gamerpic I keep getting the following error - 'there was a problem choosing your custom gamerpic, sorry about that, try it again later'.

I've tried uploading from Onedrive and Dropbox. The files are 1080 x 1080. I've tried .jpg and .png. I have an adult account.

Any suggestions?

Almost another 24 hours has gone by NO CUSTOM GAMERPIC and not a single response from Microsoft and their Xbox Team..... After phone calls and posting on the forums like I was told by the Xbox Live Rep

There has to be a coding issue or a glitch with the account. One minute it shows the updated custom photo and the next minute it's back to the default factory gamerpic.

Right, in this case the ideal would be to contact the Xbox service, this is because this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data and neither your account to know what is happening when uploading the image.

Hello again, do not know what is in the image but if you upload and the system and then it says it will check and remains the same as the previous, it may mean that the image was not approved by the system.

Try uploading another image to see if the system takes over.

Hello , you get some error when you try to upload the Gamerpic or you can upload it and it is not updated, I ask this because this process is done automatically by the system, and it can accept or not certain types of images or photo, either by size or content.

I am able to upload a gamerpic but it doesn't update. everytime I try it says what it would normally say "We're uploading your new gamerpic!" and "Done! You'll see your updated gamerpic once we've verified it's okay." yet I still have a default gamerpic and I keep trying with different images and nothing works.
