Custom gamerpic not updating.

My custom gamerpic is not updating. It's an adult account and it doesn't violate anything, It's 1080x1080, my settings are set to EVERYONE. It's been days now that I've tried to change it but nothing... I know for some people it's instantaneous. Please help.

Thanks, but no dice. I signed out of everything and I'm still seeing the old image. The only place it consistently shows me the new picture is on my Microsoft account page. Even my Xbox Live profile page shows the old image, despite being signed into the
same account as on the Microsoft account page. I'm about to give up on this...

It is the horse image you linked. One thing you may try is to log out of all your devices at the same time and restart the app of your devices one at a time. Just an idea.

 

Yeah its not working for me either.

I tried a picture of a puppy,just out of curiosity. Nothing works no matter how you try to upload it or what picture you upload. I love it when people troubleshoot when the problem is on their end.

Im also having issues. My current pic changed just fine after a picture of Kyouko from Yuru Yuri carrying a a younger version of herself didnt go up. I thought the reviewer of the pic might have thought something was wrong about it so I didnt worry, but
now Im trying to upload a pic of Tomoe Mami's face with a big smile (which I've had before) and now its not changing to it at all.

It would be nice if someone from MS would acknowledge that it's not working or say that they're working on it. I realize that this is a small concern especially when I'm sure they're busy with the launch of the Xbox one x,which I am a proud owner of. But
an acknowledgement would be nice. Thanks.

 

Custom gamerpics haven't been working for a few days, how many people have to post about it on the forums before this gets fixed?

 

It's an image of my best friend by a lake in the Fall. Nothing that violates anything. I've tried other pics as well. nothing is sticking. My bros and friends pics change almost immediately on their profiles/xbox. I've also tried the iPhone app. Still nothing.
