    Reason for my gamerpic ban

    So I'm confused on the reason my custom gamerpic was banned. I read all the reasons Xbox would ban a custom gamerpic but literally none of them applied to me.

    You have to be careful of images that have copyrights to them. If you used an image from halo legends and did not get permission from the creators then this might have been the issue with it.

    This sounds like you had a ban for an custom pic that was against the terms. In that case you are not longer allowed to change to a custom gamerpic.

    Gamer pic issue

    If a comm-ban also suspends you from uploading a custom gamerpic, then there's nothing you can do but wait until the comm-ban is over. I would imagine a custom gamerpic is a "communications" feature too.

    Log on to http://enforcement.xbox.com, review your suspension details, and submit a case review (if eligible).
