    Why is it that when I try and upload a custom gamer picture of won't work anymore, it works for the normal set ones but when choosing a custom one it says it's complete and says it's okay and verifies it but then doesn't set it at all, I'm trying to post
    a gamer picture I've had many times before and it has worked perfectly but now I can't change it to any custom picture I choose, why is this, also when I change it on the Xbox One smartglass app it works but only for the app, but when I close the app and we
    open it it's gone again, this is a problem happening to many of my friends as well, please assist if you know how to solve it or if there is a fix to it, thank you
