Custom Gamer Picture

I have two xBox accounts, both with the same custom gamer pic. About 2 weeks ago one of the accounts reverted to a default MS pic, while the other remains my custom pic.

I have attempted to update the default gamer pic to the same custom pic I was using; through the iOS app and also through the xBox itself. This has been going on for nearly 1.5 weeks.

So how long does it take to verify an image?

Again, it's the same image I used before and currently use for another account, so it doesn't infringe on the guidelines.

Custom gamer picture ?

Well there's vision cams of course. If you were talking about making a custom gamer picture and putting it on your 360, then yes. You will be banned. Then again, after clicking on your profile you're probably going to get banned for a different reason anyways.

[/quote] Yes we know as I mentioned the camera in my posts but they are awful to get quality pictures and often images taken by camera will make it reflect another way e.g. try putting a word on paper and showing it in a mirror it goes all funny which is
why the marketplace have had puma logos etc. -.-

Hi there!

Are you seeing any indications the Gamerpic was enforced when you sign in on the
enforcement page?

It can take up to 24 hours for a Gamerpic to go through the approval process and keep in mind every time to set the Gamerpic it would reset that timeline.

Hello!

From the Windows 10 app, click on your gamer pic, then customize, then hover over your current picture. The picture will dim with a customize button appearing, click on that, and It will prompt to choose a gamer pic or select a custom picture.

I understand how Microsoft would want to protect their system from being flooded with inappropriate pictures, but they need to provide a whole lot more options for their users. I thought of doing an external customization, but won't - I don't want to violate
the terms and take any unnecessary risk. But we need more and better pics on the Xbox One. And why do the old 360 pics import so poorly - they should have at least up-scaled or something. Come one Microsoft, give us more customizable options, starting with
a larger library of gamer pics. I can't even find any Xbox One gamer pics in the Store.

[/quote]I remember that , and it was cool as heck...why does it seem that everytime MICROSOFT changes something (that doesnt need to be changed) is changed for the worst or dumbed down...Thats whats disappointing, cuz they do it all the time.....DO THEY
EVER ASK GAMERS FOR IDEAS OR WHAT THEY WANT? NO, NOT EVEN 1 TIME in the 6 or 7 yrs I have been a gold member as far as I can remember..

As I understand it, the only way to get a custom Gamertag picture is with either a Kinect or the older vision cam for Xbox 360. Your custom picture can only be seen by your friends though, everyone else will see the last official Gamer Picture you had.

Any other attempt to create a custom picture would be in violation of the ToS and would be grounds for a suspension/ban.

just an addiction to all said before by other Ambassadors, I changed my gamerpic various times just two days ago and the operation was fast and smooth.
