Custom Gamer Pic Removed

I upload a custom gamer pic and it stays for about a minute then reverts back to a default pic. The photo is not offensive and I receive no notice as to why it is removed. I try a different photo and it stays. I don't know why this one photo keeps getting
removed because it successfully uploads. The photo is attached. It is some sidewalk chalk art I did myself.

Gamer Pic Removed

My gamer pic was APPROVED by Microsoft/Xbox and then a few weeks later taken down and now I cant edit it at all.

Why is this action being taken against me IF IT WAS ALREADY APPROVED?!

No.At the moment all you can use is the gamerpics provided or an avatar pic.

Using anything other than that is a violation of the ToU/CoC but custom gamerpics is something that is being looked into so it may be a feature in the future.

Not exactly sure why this could be happening but something about the image must be viewed as inappropriate.

If you upload an inappropriate custom image it may be removed and replaced with the most recent Microsoft-created image that you used, and you will be prevented from uploading any additional imagery for a specific period (typically
24 hours). Repeated violations or especially inappropriate images may result in lengthier suspensions.

Keep in mind that once you’ve uploaded an image, even if it was shown only briefly or was subsequently changed, it may get reviewed and the account may still be subject to enforcement action.

I’m having the same issue at the moment, I logged onto my Xbox the other day and my custom gamer pic has been removed and all my friends have default gamer pics, my friends can still see my custom gamer pic but I can’t see anyones

Edit: I restarted my console and I can see my custom gamer pic but no one elses

If the pic violated one of the Microsoft rules. Then Enforcement will remove the photo and replace it with a default one. You also lose the ability to have a custom gamer pic.

Thanks for bringing your issue to the forums for help. I am sorry that you are experiencing this issue. I personally had a similar experience a few years ago which turned out to be an issue with the Xbox algorithm which they rectified for me as soon I'd
