Did you enter in your DOB accurately and correctly, when you first created those Microsoft accounts?

I've decided to keep only one account for both Xbox 360 and Xbox One. Though others have decided to have a dedicated account for Xbox 360 and for Xbox One. Otherwise it may be best just to create one new account as your primary account, enter in your details
accurately while creating account. Is one of those accounts for YouTube (YT)? I'm a Youtuber, also have a Hauppauge HD PVR2 which can be used to record Xbox gameplays (Youtubers tend to use a PVR, Hauppauge and Elgato are common brands).

I did you a favour by reporting your thread. Maybe a moderator (authorized by Microsoft to police this site) may be able to help or provide a more professional answer. As brought out by other moderators on this site who seldomly come back on here, some of
them have answered that you can report any thread on here, it doesn't have to be only for bad reasons, it could be for good reasons too. Or you could use the report feature for the fun of it, like when we decided to have fun by reporting each other a few weeks
ago because, these forums can get very boring sometimes. Only a very tiny fraction of Xbox members participate on these forums. I've only seen one ambassador in this thread. I have Xbox to play. And given my age and since Xbox is meant to be fun, I don't see
myself fitting in quite well as an ambassador, unless they pay me for it....

What is the pic displayed on the forums?

It looks custom to me.

I think your issue might be with your avatar. You need to toggle between the avatar and a regular picture from their offerings on the console and then reset your console with the new picture.

Once it reboots you can then customize your picture.

The date of birth you used during the creation of your Microsoft Account, is set in stone, and is the date which Microsoft goes by. You could change it under settings I think, but the first date you provided, is set in stone.

Also be aware that NZ/Australia have different date formats. We go by DD/MM/YYYY, not MM/DD/YYYY.

Was it you who created your account, or your parents/a friend/etc?

i made it as im 27 and i still cant change it................ :/

lol... Has anyone told the OP that MS doesn't visit these discussion forums? Pick up a phone if you're old enough to call MS and see what they have to say about it.

already have done and there still unable to anything or fix this man they gotta do somthing. :/
